Our founder is a former teacher and has worked with schools in Baltimore for the past 10 years. He applauds your efforts and realizes the challenge to educate your young men. His desire is for A4Y to assist your efforts by providing a program that incorporates educational, character, financial and vocational goals. I hope that we can find common ground and work together to address the many challenges that face educators in our city. There are numerous examples of schools partnering with the larger community and sharing resources, all in an effort to address important youth development issues. As you well know, at risk boys have become one of our cities' greatest challenges. We are looking forward to taking action together.
