After responding to God’s call over 12 years ago, Kevin Good has been creating organizations and programs to serve youth in a multitude of at-risk situations, primarily in Baltimore. He has developed partnerships with churches, schools and recreation centers and has nurtured and mentored staff and hundreds of volunteers. He has shown a unique ability to cast vision, design systematic programs that are centered on addressing the needs of urban youth and recruit teams of leaders. At the heart of his effort is a desire to express love for youth who in most cases are left to face numerous challenges without the presence of positive male role models. Acts4Youth has benefited from the leadership skills provided by the Guilford School Principal (Shelia Meyers) and its board. All the leaders in A4Y try to be guided by one simple principle make decisions as if the boys were your own sons.
